“Vicky is so approachable and personable.  She really helped to make sense of a difficult time in my life and understand how my past had such a huge impact on how I was reacting in the present.  I would highly recommend Vicky.”

“I wish I did not put off getting help for so long!  Vicky was warm and welcoming and has helped me more than she will ever realise.  I had lived in the dark for so long but with Vicky’s help, I am now in a mentality better place than I have ever been.”

“Vicky is warm, friendly and knowledgeable.  I have enjoyed my sessions with her and have always taken away something valuable that has helped me grow and reflect on my situation.  She is open and honest, this makes her very easy to relate to.”
